This park is common for birding and harbouring amazing wildlife like impalas, zebras, waterbucks and buffalos. Lake Mburo is also suitable for various marine activities like canoeing, angling and boat cruises. With other lakes like Kachera, Ruizi, Nakivale and Kachera fishing is possible. Cultural villages are widely available in this district that crafts and other souvenirs are made for the benefit of the tourists.
